Pulse Workspace version 4.0.175

Payroll

  1. Consider an allowance that is calculated as a percentage of a rate. The system will now calculate the hours on which to calculate the allowance as the hours worked plus leave hours rather than defaulting to the standard hours on the employee master record.
  2. Consider when the Include in Leave Loading checkbox is ticked for an allowance. Previously loading was calculated for the allowance irrespective of whether or not the employee was paid leave in the current pay. Now loading is only calculated when the employee is paid annual leave. The portion of the allowance that attracts loading is the pro-rata of annual leave hours to total ordinary hours paid.
  3. Leave loading paid on an allowance is now reported on a separate line on the payslip and Payroll Register.

Golf Competitions

  1. Consider 18 holes Score Entry in the Golf Kiosk. We have removed the requirement that the total strokes be in the range 45 to 180. Range checking is now performed on a hole by hole basis only.

  1. If a Booking Sheet tee time is reserved as  “Male Only” or “Female Only”, then booked and that booking subsequently deleted, the reservation status (“Male Only” or “Female Only”) will be reinstated after the deletion.
  2. The Handicap Enquiry module no longer requires the press of the Enter key or click of the View button when the member number is entered via a card swipe. Handicap history is immediately displayed on swipe of a valid card.
