Pulse Workspace version 4.2.16

Pulse Golf System

  1. New non-playing members are no longer transmitted to GOLF Link and assigned a GOLF Link Number.
  2. A new Registration Style called Score Entry has been introduced into the system. This registration style allows the registration of players at score entry (kiosk or management console) and is designed for those times when players tee-off while the club / pro shop is unattended.
  3. The Eclectic Audit Report is now complete and available on the Reports menu. Use this report to “prove” the summary results displayed on the leaderboard and/or competition results enquiry.
  4. An issue that caused the Review Golflink Member Details application to fail when GOLF Link transmitted a null date has been corrected.
  5. The definition of grades no longer imposes a maximum of 36 for men and 45 for women. This allows grades to be defined using GA handicaps which can exceed these values.

Club Membership

  1. An issue that caused Fast Member Entry to fail when attempting to create a female member record has been corrected. Note that this issue only affected golf club clients.

Payroll & Rostering

  1. The Unavailability / Skills tab within the Maintain Employee dialog now includes Last Performance Review (date) and Review Period (months) to allow you to maintain review details for each employee. On the same tab the employee skills grid now contains an Expiry column to maintain a certificate expiry date for each of the employee’s skills.
  2. The Employee List tab within Maintain Employees now includes a Next Review column being the calculated date of the next employee review.
  3. There is a new Skills tab within Maintain Employees that lists employee skills and their expiry dates.

By default the Last Performance Review date is set to the anniversary of the employee’s start date and the Review Period is set to 12. When using these new fields we suggest you use the grid column’s filter options to select those dates required.

    3. Result & Result plus Back Nine Score entry is permitted via the Kiosk. Scanning is not permitted at present.
    4. No range checking is performed on the result nor is any Net calculation performed.
    5. Competition ranking is performed via the Score Type: Sroke, Stableford or Par.
