Golf Competitions

1. An issue that caused the Championship Audit Report to incorrectly sort results when multiple results had the same ranking has been corrected.
2. Championship events have now been extended to include all team events.
3. An issue that caused teams to be incorrectly identified in championship reports when team members in one round were registered in a different order to other rounds has been corrected.
4. You may now choose a handicap to use in calculating championship events. The default is to use the net score from each individual round but you may select the handicap at the start, the end or the minimum for the championship period.
5. The Stroke Index Calculation report is now complete. The analysis now uses (stroke minus par) rather than Stableford points as the measure of difficulty.
6. A calculation issue with the Daily Competition Fee Summary Report has been corrected.

Password Change!!!

From this version forward the password to install your update has changed. Please find your new password enclosed with your account for the April 2014 quarter.

Function Ticketing

1. The patron’s email address is now included on the Patron Attendance Enquiry.
2. The New Ticketed Function Wizard now includes the field, Apply Loyalty Points? which requires a yes/no value. This field determines whether or not loyalty points are to be accumulated for this function.

Golf Competitions

1. The Member Number is now included on the competition listings within Golf Review.
2. An issue that caused female members to be listed as AGU has been corrected.
3. A new menu entry, Calculate Course Index has been created on the Reports menu. Selecting this option executes a wizard that recalculates Stroke Indexes for a selected course. This option will be the subject of a separate email to be sent to all golf club clients.

System

1. The Pulse Remote Support widget has been updated to TeamViewer version 9.

Golf Competitions

1. Changed Functionality. The software will now automatically instruct GOLF Link to issue a new GOLF Link card when a new member is created, including transfers from other clubs.
2. The change to the definition of a scratch competition introduced in 4.2.19 resulted in an unintended side-effect of not being able to order an eclectic competition by Grade. To overcome this issue a scratch eclectic competition is now defined by setting the Percentage of Handicap To Apply field to zero.
3. Eclectic results are now reported to 1 decimal place.
4. A number of issues when defining and using Index 3 on course records have been corrected.
5. Grade calculation issues that occurred if grade cut-off values were set to 1 decimal place have been corrected.
6. Maintain System Options now allows handicap grades to be set to 1 decimal place.
