Customer Enquiry now includes start / end dates that allow you to select the period for which history will be displayed and also, displays open transactions up and to the end date selected.
An issue with a supplier invoice with scheduled payments and two or more payments paid in the same day has been corrected.

Pulse workspace version 4.4.40/41

You can now enter a new report title when inserting a Page Break in financial report definitions. This will effectively create a new sub report within the report definition which will have it’s own title page when printed. Importantly, all total accumulators for the sub-report will be zeroed before printing.
The workstation identification will be changed to the current workstation when a payment is cancelled.

Final changes to Periodic Member Upload prior to Golflink’s Member Currency Project go-live. Do not attempt to execute Periodic Member Upload unless you are on version 4.4.38 or higher.

The calculation of an asset’s current written down value has been corrected. Previously, it did not account for disposal value, or profit / loss on disposal correctly.
The restriction on disposing an asset prior to the last depreciation date has been corrected. Depreciation expense calculated since disposal will be written back.
The question to reuse previously calculated report data has been removed from the Financial Reports wizard. We have not found the calculation phase to be time consuming as anticipated in the original design and the question to be somewhat confusing.

We have added a comment on-screen in Ad Hoc Score Entry that it is not to be used to load a player’s games for the purpose of calculating an initial handicap. New players play in normal competitions with an unallocated handicap status. Golflink will assign a handicap and set the playing status to normal when sufficient games have been played.
