Pulse Workspace

1. We continue to modernise the look of our workspace menu system. This week the Home tab HTML page has been replaced with a cleaner page that responds to changes in theme, font and DPI settings.

Golf Competitions

1. An issue that caused the display of Golf Union in Member Maintenance has been corrected.

Pulse Financials

1. An issue that prevented the change of supplier in Supplier Invoice and Cash Payment entry has been corrected.
2. When the supplier is changed in Reassign Posted Supplier Invoices, the EFT payment details are also updated. Previously this had to be done manually.

Member Loyalty

1. An issue that caused the dollar value to be reset to zero in Add / Redeem Loyalty Points has been corrected.

Member Loyalty

1. An issue that caused the liability to be overstated by prizes claimed on the report date on the Loyalty Liability Report has been corrected.

Pulse Financials

1. The Asset Valuation enquiry now correctly displays asset depreciation as at the date entered. Previously it displayed at the current system date.
2. An issue that caused cash receipt entry in Bank Reconciliation to fail has been corrected.
3. The software now allows you the option of fully deleting an asset record, including its transaction history. Previously, the delete option discontinued the record so that the asset’s purchase, disposal and depreciation history was retained. Pressing Alt-D on an asset record will provide the option of deleting or discontinuing the asset.
4. All reports now include the database name in the report footer.
5. Clicking the Cancel button on dialog forms will now popup a message box asking you to confirm the cancelation. This will only occur when the form is “dirty” (ie. data has been entered) and hopefully will prevent accidental loss of data when the Cancel button is incorrectly clicked.
